How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Most orders are delivered within 2-6 working days from the date of order placement. You can track your order by clicking here.

Can you return plants? No.

SNS Organics does not accept returns on plants, as they may suffer transit stress. However, we guarantee that your plant will arrive in great condition.

Please note: Some plants may appear slightly dull due to transit stress. With proper sunlight and watering, they will regain their healthy state.

Can you return non-plant products? Yes.

If you receive a non-plant product in a damaged condition, we are happy to assist you.

We take pride in selecting the best products to support and enhance your organic lifestyle. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.

• For non-plant products: You can self-return the item within seven days from the delivery date.

• Once we receive the product, we will send a replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment source.
